Methods of research: investigations of electrical and dielectric characteristics of layered crystals GaSe and InSe intercalated with melt of ferroelectric salts of KNO3 and RbNO3, conducting of optic-microscopy, electron-microscopy and EDX investigations of technological surfaces and having chopped off surfaces of intercalated crystals. The investigation of structure, morphology and impedance characteristics of a nanocomposite GaSe <KNO3> material are carried out. The processes of accumulation and charge transfer in them are caused by quantum sized effects, which are observed at room temperature. The intercalation technique of crystals InSe and GaSe by salts RbNO3 is developed. Is shown, that melt intercalation, in particular by salt of RbNO3, results in formation of complex structures, which differ among themselves by nano-crystal phases of a 50 - 100 nm dimensions.
