V FeI four lines and MgI, observed in 12 solar flares of different points of C5 to H1.4 detected local magnetic field intensity ? 6 and 11-12 kgf at photospheric level; found that the magnetic field at various points flares slightly different (? 10%). Based on modeling the emission line profiles incl optical thickness and micro makroturbulentnosti and found that direct evaluation of local magnetic fields on the parameter V0.9 is reduced in 3-6 times compared with current local fields. The strongest magnetic fields found in prominences 07/24/1999: V0.9 ? 6 kgf, VLOK = 25-30 kgf. Based on observations spectropolarimetric internationally telescope THEMIS studied in detail the evolutionary changes in the magnetic field, thermodynamic conditions and speeds in weak chromospheric solar flares. Within macroscopic magnetohydrodynamics model SSI Styx investigated the role of two turbulent effects (topological pumping and "turbulent buoyancy") in restructuring large-scale magnetic field of the sun. Found that in the 24th cycle of solar activity on the sun is north pole triple change of sign of the magnetic field and in the south - once. Predicted that at least the 25th cycle will be around 5 in April-June 2020, and the maximum - 105-110 at the end of 2024 p; the onset of another very deep minimum of solar activity type or Maundera Dalton is unlikely.
