The spatial-temporary evolution of the WNB damping process due to introduction of a tantalum absorber and the effect of the rate of absorber introduction on the process of WNB damping was investigated. The problem of restarting of the WNB mode, which consists in provision of gradual restoration of the self-consistent fuel composition and neutron flux, which answer this mode, was in details investigated. A script of stable smooth restoration of the WNB mode with the use of external neutron source in a zone of active burning was proposed. The processes of diffusion disintegration of a solid solution under a cascade producing irradiation were investigated by numerical computation. It was shown that the distribution of oxide nanoprecipitates is stable relative to an exposure to irradiation and the effect of precipitate ripening. Formation and growth of copper clusters in FeCu alloy under electron irradiation was simulated in different modes of thermal cycling. In particular, it was shown that periodic heat and cooling result in increased depletion of copper in solid solution, compared with an isothermal annealing under an irradiation.
