Within the framework of the model of saw-toothed pinning potential, exact analytical formula are obtained for the two anisotropic nonlinear current-voltage characteristics along and across the direction of a transport current, and their physical analysis is performed. Theoretical research of mechanisms of pinning in composite superconductors of Nb-Ti type is continued. The calculation is conducted of the average volume pinning force which is created by chaotically distributed tape-type pinning centers. Dependence of the critical current density on the magnetic field and a fraction of the non-superconducting phase is determined.
