A possibility of interference effect in the Bremsstrahlung in such targets is shown. Results of the theory coincide with the experimental data from CERN. On the basis of a stereographic projection method formulas for intensity and polarization of non-dipolar Bremsstrahlung are obtained. It is shown that at increase in the level of a non-dipole the radiation transforms from azimuthally to radially linearly polarized. Asymptotic expressions for scalar Bremsstrahlung potential at the scattering of an ultrarelativistic electron are found on the basis of the equivalent photons method.
