The Patched Conic Approxi-mation is used. The internal problem consists in the optimization of a finite-thrust manoeuvre between near-earth elliptic orbit and escape hyperbolic orbit. The thrust finiteness and specificity of engine control is taken into coscideration. The features of optimal thrust direction control are analysed.
