The correlation between efficiency of the SERS-enhancement and structural and morphological properties of the prepared nanostructured SERS substrates as well as their functionalization peculiarities was determined. The practical optimization of the functional properties of the prepared SERS substrates was done. The ability of the creation of the high-sensitive method for the optical diagnostics of extra-small quantity of organic and bio-molecules using the plasmonic resonance was demonstrated. The obtained SERS structures, in particular, chemical composition and morphological properties of the metallic nanoparticles (size, morphology, composition) were experimentally tested for the investigation of the following objects: Rhodamine 6G, and the malignant tumor cells MDA-MB-231 (breast adenocarcinoma).
