The objective of the work is - development of manufacturing technology mullitocorundum refractories of new types. Research methods are - chemical, petrographic, physical-mechanical. In the course of technology development by vibrоcasting method mullitocorundum complicated-shaped refractories of new types (large-sized gate and burner stone), form construction is work out, accessory and pilot batch of products are made. During pilot batch manufacture, study to optimize the characteristics of vibrocast mullitocorundum granny mass is done, which ensured the production of dense green-body with well-formed edges, corners and edges, as well as fired refractory, characterized by high levels of properties. Pilot batches of mullitecorundum products for glass-melting furnaces, crucibles for induction melting of heat-proof alloys, lining elements of different furnaces are made. Work should continue in the direction of improving production technology of mullitecorundum crucibles for induction furnaces, refractories for glass-melting furnaces and lining elements of different furnaces.
