The purpose of the work is mastering of improved production technology of chamotte concrete mix, mastering of production technology of new types of refractory concrete products. The research methods are physicochemical, petrographic, physicomechanical, thermomechanical ones. Taking into attention the results of researches, which had been carried out (report about research work № 4.2-199-2013), in PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" the improved production technology of chamotte concrete mix containing alumina cement Isidac 40 produced by "CIMSA CIMENTO SANAYI VE TIСARET A.C." (Turkey) has been mastered. The physicochemical properties of mastering concrete mix are corresponded to requirements of normative documentation (ТU U 26.2-00190503-328: 2009 with change № 1) for brand of "СШБГ". The properties of chamotte concrete mix containing alumina cement Isidac 40 are: chemical composition, wt. %: Al2O3 - 40.7 %, CaO - 7.5, grain composition, mm - 0-6, compressing strength of samples from concrete after thermal treatment at 110 (2 h) and 1350 °С (5 h) - 30.5 N/mm2 and 35 N/mm2 accordingly. With using abovementioned concrete mix, in PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" one lining of pass inductor with size 200x200x620 mm and weight 0.060 t has been produced. The pass inductor with pilot lining was intended to one from machinebuilding plants of Ukraine, where it is exploited in the heated furnace lining with positive results. In PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" the production technology of new types of refractory concrete products (fire-chamber covers from chamotte concrete mix brand of "СШБ" and burner stone from mullite corundum concrete mix brand of "МКБС") by vibrocasting method has been mastered. Two fire-chamber covers with diameter 950 mm and high 75 mm and two fire-chamber covers with diameter 1150 mm and high 100 mm, as well as ten burner stones were intended to customers (machinebuilding plants of Ukraine). In accordance with the existing normative documentation in PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" the pilot batches of corundum brand of "СКпл-50-94" and "СКпл-60-94", mullite corundum brand of "МКБС" and chamotte brand of "СШБД" concrete mixes and high alumina cement brand of "ВГЦ-73" have been produced. Besides, with using corundum, mullite corundum and chamotte concrete mixes, the products of five types have been produced.
