Research methods: microanalysis, thermodynamic analysis, standard methods of studying of technological properties of forming mixes, method of the regression analysis. The critical analysis of literature on influence of liquid aluminum alloys on firmness of the tool, a current state of manufacturing techniques of crude casting molds on product forming lines, methods of the automated design of foundry technology, features of a choice of the cooling environments is carried out at isothermal training of chugun. The analysis of a complex of technological properties which are required from forming mixes is made; the stand is developed for research of processes of cooling of massive steel products, influence of technical parameters of the unit of electrohydrotreating on cleaning of molding and destruction of mix is investigated; Novelty consists in the system analysis of possibility of decrease power - and resources consumptions by production of castings by improvement of technological processes and the equipment.
