Objective of research: to investigate of reactions of N-aroyl(аcetyl)-, N-arylsulfonilbenz(methyl) imidoyl-1,4-benzoquinonemonoimines with nucleophils, to determine the reaction mechanisms, to obtain the reaction products. Research methods: organic synthesis, element analysis, IR, NMR 1Н, 13С spectroscopy, quantum-chemical calculations. Theoretical and practical results: as a result of complete researches it has been synthesized the new derivatives of N-aroyl(аcetyl)-, N-arylsulfonylbenz(methyl)imidoyl-1,4-benzoquinoneimines, alkylsubstituted in quinoid ring, and various nucleophils. Their structure has been established by spectral (NMR, IR) and elemental analysis data. The new samples of reaction products have been obtained for bioactive investigations. The reaction mechanisms of N-aroyl(аcetyl)-, N-arylsulfonylbenz(methyl)imidoyl-1,4-benzoquinoneimines with potassium thiocyanate, sulfinates, halogenohydrogens, halogens have been ascertained. Efficiency of introduction: the synthesized compounds can be used in synthetic organic chemistry for synthesis of new p-quinoneimines derivatives and also for the obtaining of new perspective medical preparations.
