The purpose of the study is to formulate and experimentally validate the effectiveness of alternative methods of optimization of physical education students based on a sports-oriented technologies.The program of experimental researches consists of the following set of methods, tests, tests, necessary for the study of optimization of physical education of students on the basis of sporting oriented technologies and plug in the maintenance: study of literary sources; medical-pedagogical and psychological supervisions; questionnaire; methods of estimation of bodily condition; pedagogical experiment; methods of treatment of these researches. Theoretical and practical results of work are expressed in effective use of methods of improving functional status and physical development of students, health promotion and formation of motivational assumptions to systematic studies physical education and sports college students of physical education classes by the sports-oriented technologies. The practical recommendations of this research may be used by teachers of physical education in university students, work with include exercises on training physical education teachers. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that: – for the first time developed to improve functional status and physical development of students through the introduction of a basic program for physical education in universities the sports-oriented technologies;-received the following development: programs to athletics organisation, basketball, football, badminton, aerobics, kallanetike, based on the rational application of the OFP and taking into account the specificity of sport and game activities and levels of presuppositions of motivational training to systematic physical education and sports; -improved: the content, form and means of curriculum for physical education students based on a sports-oriented technologies.
