The emission spectra of discharge initiated at different power of microwave radiation with stochastically jumping phase generated by a plasma-beam generator SAMSHYT 2 were registered and analyzed. It was found that the duration of optical radiation pulse does not exceed the duration of high voltage pulse. The experiment on tire disintegration in ozone environment was carried out under different controlled conditions. The conditions for improvement of the efficiency for ozone-dynamic tire disintegration by almost 30% were determined.
