The main mechanisms for forming of total discharge current in Trichel pulses mode were found out. The two peaks pulses of total current, as well as pulses with step on a leading edge of a pulse were obtained in the numerical simulation. The electrical characteristics of the plasma-chemical reactor with a water electrode and the efficiency of ozone synthesis were determined. The factors that impact on stability of gas discharge with a water electrode were found out and the method for stabilization of water surface disturbances using of water-permeable membrane was proposed.
