It is established that behavioral disturbance in kindled rats have been abolished succesfully by peptidamidobenzophenone derivative (PABP), and this effect was observed in grater range of dosages (0,15-1,5 mg/kg, i.p.) than in diazepam. It was found a hepatoprotective effect of preventive-cure administration of medgerm at background of galactosamine hepatitis that was realized due to inhibition of lipids peroxydation, activation of enzymatic and non-enzymatic parts of anti-radical protection. The obtained results witnessed medgerm as promising compound for following investigations as potential and safe hepatoprotector, 3-arilidensubstituted derivatives of 1,4 - benzodiazepine-2-ines - as anorexigenic substance, PABP derivative - as anticonvulsant compound.
