The study involved 142 patients. Patients were divided into 2 groups. In the first group (n = 72) patients received standard therapy on the background of shock-wave therapy (SWT). The second group of patients (n = 70) received standard therapy, according to the current protocols. The results of the treatment were evaluated immediately after the end of SWT, after 6 months and one year, with the mandatory repetition of the course of SWT. In patients with coronary heart disease, angina pectoris FC II-IV NYHA combination of shock wave therapy with the standard medical treatment significantly improved global and local contractility of the left ventricle and significantly improves the quality of life according to the questionnaire.
