The results of combination therapy that included physiotherapy, balneotherapy, DENS, CO2 injection, shown rapid analgesic effect, increasing bone density, reducing the level of ultrasound and biochemical markers of bone resorption. The dependence of indicators of the state of the musculoskeletal system was determined from indicators of ultrasonic densitometry. It allows to estimate the index of neuro-spinal function of the spine (NSF Index) and to predict the results of treatment at 6 and 12 months.
