Seropositivity for hepatitis B and C, parvovirus B 19 and T.gondii was authentically higher in patients with confirmed autoimmune diseases than in control group. Authenticable increasing of ?-globulins levels and decreasing of albumins were registered in patients with autoimmune diseases; normalization of ratio of protein fractions was a marker of remission. For the first time in Ukraine it was shown authenticable increasing of IL-17 levels in blood serum of patients with SLE, SS, DPM and decreasing in patients with SCL, in addition level of IL-17 was authentically higher in patients, infected by hepatitis B and C (р < 0,05). Secondary antiphospholipid syndrome was developed in 37,2 % of patients with autoimmune diseases, the highest rate was registered in patients with SLE (57,7 %), the lowest - with SCL (16,0 %). Combined use of biochips with Hep-2 cells and protozoa C. luciliae was proposed for IFA in examination of patients with SLE.
