The purpose of research was increase the efficacy of treatment of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) in combination with essential hypertension (EH), heart rhythm disturbances on the basis of methods of comprehensive rehabilitation with the use of calcium channel blockers, nitrates, and L-arginine, increase the efficacy of rehabilitation of hypertensive patients in conjunction with ischemic disease of the lower extremities (IDLE) using enalapril, nicergoline, galvanizing and sinusoidal modulated amperage (SMA) in outpatients. Based on the study knowledge was refined on EH combined with IDLE. Performing repeated courses of ambulatory galvanizing and SMA led to the continuation of the period of remission and IDLE and EH. The inclusion of L-arginine in the complex therapy of patients with CHD contributes to the normalization of the electrical systole of the heart and is accompanied by anti-arrhythmic effect on supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias.
