The content of pro-inflammatory (IL-2, IL-6) and anti-inflammatory (IL-4, IL-13) cytokines in healthy animals and after modeling of pathology were discovered. It was shown there are significant fluctuations of content both proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines during chronic experiment: first, there is a sharp decline with the consequent gradual increase in concentration of the cytokines. The study demonstrates the importance of cytokine influence on the course of pathological processes in parenchymal organs of mice in pathological conditions.
