Moreover, was shown the 7-NI-induced increase of c-Fos expression in rat spinal cord, because of disinhibition of segmental interneurons and, particularly motoneurons in rats, realized operant movements. New data on the definition of tubocurarine, as a selective blocker of large-conductance channels in the nuclear membrane of neurons opens up the prospect to clarify the physiological functions of the LCC channels.
