It has been found that introduce of melatonin to Wistar and SHR rats improved functional state of the liver parenchyma, increased its synthetic activity, accelerated the physiological regeneration and reduced the number of elements in the intercellular connective tissue. It was shown that the effect of melatonin on the biophysical, biochemical and cytomorphometric indicators of connective tissue status had a seasonal pattern. Product Description popup.authors І. Г.
