Under the conditions of systemic immune complex damage Mexidol, the inhibitor of free-radical processes, was shown to cause an increase in the recovery and formation of the first polar body by oocytes, as well as the increase in the percentage of follicular environment living cells and decrease in the number of cells with signs of necrosis. Under the condition of immune complex damage it was noted, that the increase in contractile activity of ovarian portion of the uterus and to a greater extent of its cervical portion could be one of the reasons of the embryonal nidation.
