The idea of this approach is using of crude glycerol as a substrate for the biological agents cultivation. In this way, the problem of energy saving solves both for the biodiesel manufacturer and for biotechnology, which needs cheap substrates. The second part of the project is obtaining of several practically valuable products based on crude glycerol in one technological process. Firstly, post-fermentation culture fluid, which contains oil oxidizing bacteria cells and their metabolites, can be used as a preparation for the environment treating from oil and hydrophobic amorphous xenobiotics, or separated by centrifugation (separation) on supernatant and biomass. Preparations in form of biomass in turn, can also be used for oil and aromatic compounds destruction, adsorption of heavy metals. Surface active substances (surfactants) which have antiadhesive and antimicrobial properties, including on phytopathogenic bacteria, can be extracted from the supernatant. The aqueous phase containing plants and microorganisms growth stimulators after surfactants extraction can be used for the preparation of growth media and seed treatment of crops. If there is no need to obtain a growth stimulator, the supernatant can be used as antimicrobial agent without pre-treatment. Thus, this complex technology will be wasteless and energy saving. The third part of the project is the practical using of microbial synthesis products obtained from biodiesel production waste as a substrate for bioremediation of polluted by xenobiotics areas.
