Methods_ General clinical (laboratory and instrumental) in accordance with the requirements of state matching documents, questionnaires (surveys of patients, questioning the doctors), methods of pharmacoeconomic analysis ("cost-effectiveness", "cost-utility", "cost minimization" "jewel treatment"), the Ukrainian version of the International Quality of Life Questionnaire SF-36 MOS (Feshenko Yu, Yu Bridge, Babijchuk Yu, 2003), statistical methods. In a survey of patients with acute and chronic nonspecific respiratory diseases with concomitant lesions of the cardiovascular, digestive, urinary and endocrine systems studied the prevalence of comorbidity in a population of patients with clinical features of acute and chronic non-specific respiratory diseases in terms of their combination with the defeat of the other organs and systems at the present stage, conducted pharmacoepidemiological and pharmacoeconomic analysis of treatment of these patients and evaluated the clinical and functional efficiency for different modes of therapy, taking into account characteristics of lesions of other organs and systems; the first time an analysis of the parameters of the quality of life of patients with acute and chronic nonspecific respiratory diseases with concomitant lesions of the cardiovascular, digestive and endocrine systems, to study the effect on the course and consequences of diseases; carry out activities aimed at correcting the pathological changes in quality of life; the results of the work developed and implemented in practical public health recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic nonspecific respiratory diseases with concomitant lesions of the cardiovascular, digestive and endocrine systems, based on the results of pharmaco-economic analysis and indicators of the quality of life of patients.
