The study used the following methods: monographic, systematic approach, design and apply new information technology: software code according to international standards HTML5.0, CSS3.0, PHP5.3, MySQL5.5, JavaScript-programming and its library jQuare2.x, Google cloud technologies and opening the software code platform Moodle. The value of the results is to design the structure of the electronic extension in agriculture, the electronic system prompt advising farmers based on web technologies and create the structure, design and construction of the interface of software and information complex education, training and certification of agricultural production based on open platforms Moodle. Highlights the software development of electronic extension of agricultural producers and its components, interactive information and consultation system "Ask the expert" system and user interface of the electronic system operational consulting farmers, instruments and complex cloud services for the operation of community practitioners using open source, software tools for teleworking consultants and communication with users. Application field - results of scientific research are in the Ukrainian segment of the Internet world and officially introduced at the National Association of Agricultural Advisory Services of Ukraine, and also can be used in advisory and consulting activities in agriculture and applied research and the educational process.
