The aim of the study is the development of the foundations instrumental analytical device prototype and algorithm for express determination some mycotoxins. Theoretical and methodological basis of the study are the fundamental work of leading researchers in the field of biosensoric. The study used the following methods: various types of chromatography to isolate substances, selective to specific mycotoxins, traditional immunochemical analysis, surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor, and other nanotechnology and biosensor's approaches. The value of these results is the justification of suitability the use of the newest method of mycotoxins identification in the environment using a portable immunosensor based on SPR. The use of the proposed conceptual approaches are possible in the various fields of agriculture, including the laboratories of veterinary medicine, quality management of food, feed and environmental objects.
