Theoretical and methodological basis of the study are the common in fisheries science, histological techniques, hydro-biological, biochemical, fish and molecular genetic studies. The value of these results is to improve the method of induction gynogenesis sturgeon based on physical methods of influence on sexual products. Effective drug concentration in aqueous solution was increased, compared to the one recommended by the scientific and technical sources. We have also found occurrences of secondary adhesiveness in eggs in 4-5 minutes after their artificial insemination and we developed a technique to eliminate the negative effects of this phenomenon.
