Aim of work Modernisation of the systems of cooling to the cyclotron of У- 120 comes true with the aim of perfection of operating possibilities to the cyclotron of У- 120 and improvement of descriptions of the shown out bunches. In the process of exploitation of the systems of cooling of cyclotron the distilled water loses the isolating properties through the processes of oxidization of materials of pipes and hoses, her conductivity that results in electric hasps on a plate in the system of leadingout of bunch increases, and also to the large errors of determination of current of bunch on the testers of cyclotron. With the aim of reduction to the amount of hasps on a baffle plate and currents of source in the chains of measuring of current in пробниках of cyclotron cooling volumes were separated for the chart of cooling of baffle plate and measuring chains of the testers from the general volume of cooling. For this purpose an autonomous capacity was used by volume of about 1 м3 and additional pump of pedrollo of NGAm/1a (0.75кВт, power of 20м3/ч.). The distilled water from this capacity cools down the channel of water of the second to the contour in a heat-exchanger. Connection of additional 1th contour of the cooling system is done by a polyethylene pipe on existent channels from a capacity that is in basement. At the end of polyethylene pipe a comb is set from stainless steel of brand of Х18Н10Т. Cutting in contours comes true by simple commutation of hoses, keeping a here existent highway. For highways polyethylene pipes are used with demountable muffs. Such pipes maintain pressure 12 Barins and temperature to 90 С. For the estimation of quality of cooling water the high-fidelity measuring device of level of salts (from 0 to 1000 ppm) was used in water - measuring device of inflexibility of water of TDS is master ZT - 2. An experimental way is set next indexes: Tapwater - 220 ppm Distillate on an exit from дистиляторних options - 2 ppm Distillate, that was poured in aluminium tanks - 7 ppm Distillate after 24 hours works of accelerating : in a new contour with a plastic tank - 8 ppm in a regular contour - 16 ppm Distillate after 240 hours works of accelerating : in a new contour with a plastic tank - 10 ppm in a regular contour - 18 ppm . From the obtained data evidently, that an aluminium tank and copper highways negatively influence on quality of distillate that conducts to the sources of current and hasps. As basic material in a heat-exchanger it is necessary to use titan instead of copper. It is proof to salts, has a high heat-conducting, that is why poorly influences on quality to the distillate.
