In 2013 NTSHRRU transferred to Youghal cucumber line that features high yields fruit: 38.0 t / ha, the predominant source grading 12.9%, the period from the beginning of mass germination to fruiting 40 days, the standard 42 days; line fruiting period 58 days; peronosporozu resistance at high line Youghal - 7 points, at the level of the standard; dry matter content of 4.42%; total sugar 2.14%; ascorbic acid 13.70 mg / 100g; nitrates of 40 mg / kg; fresh fruit tasting score - 4.8 points, salty - 4.8 points. The new line is designed for use as a parental component in creating hybrids of cucumber Nijinsky sort types. In 2015 transferred to the state sort testing F1 hybrid cucumber Sarmat yield of 42.2 t / ha yield marketable products 85.8%, fruiting period of 60 days, resistance against peronosporozu 7 points, tasting score salt and fresh fruits 4.9 points ; dry matter content of 4.23%; total sugar 2.09%; Ascorbic acid 11.62 mg / 100g; nitrate 44.05 mg / kg at 3.95%, 1.58%, 9.69 mg / 100 g and 69.9 mg / kg standard; pickled fruits - total sugar 0.32%; Ascorbic acid is 8,33 mg / 100g; 0.75% titrated acidity, salt 2.59%.
