On isolated dorsal ganglion neurons and cerebellum cells of rats was established the type of opioid receptor, activation of which runs analgesic mechanism. Established that agonists in nanomolar concentrations can cause potentiation of the P-type of calcium current through interaction with ?-opioid receptors.
