It was found that the most effective carrier of genetic constructs in tobacco protoplasts Nicotiana tabacum L. is polymer TN 84/5 at a concentration of 0.005%, for the moss Ceratodon purpureus - TN 83/6 i TN 84/5 at a concentration of 0.0025% . It was obtain stable transformants of moss Ceratodon purpureus. This type of polymers showed low toxicity for protoplast combined with efficient genetic transformation.
