Aim of studies is creation new methodology of diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases on the basis of the study of circulatory system (CS) dynamic characteristics with metabolic processes in human organism gas exchange, determination of most essential gas components as detector of status CS, development hardware and software for complex control and human systems diagnostics. Technical requirements for the development of selective gas analyzers are formulated. Experimental samples of selective gas analyzers are developed and wit it the basis data of measurement for the groups surveyed without pathologies and in the case of pathologies of the CS are obtained. Electronic circuits measuring device are developed for data logging survey tested these experimental and control studies. The programs of automated collection, registration and processing of data measuring of the composition of metabolites in the samples surveyed exhalation are developed. Analyzed their relationship with blood pressure and heart rate in normal and various kinds of circulatory disorders. An information technology the diagnostics of status and decision-making support for the correction of the treatment process is introduced in clinics cardiology and cardiac surgery.
