The acoustic wave propagation in two-dimensional phonon crystals based on water-PVDF structure has been studied by optical methods. On the basis of fulfilled experimental investigations and the application of the theory of composite mixtures by using the averaging method and effective medium approximation the scientific principles have been developed to regulate electromagnetic characteristics of nanostructured composites. Mechanisms of hysteresis in monocrystalline hexaferrites have been experimentally investigated. The investigation of formation conditions of a resonator with caustic lateral surface in a two-sided screened epitaxial ferromagnetic film on the nonmagnetic substrate has been fulfilled. Dielectric characteristics of nanocomposites with electroconductive fillers have been measured. Models of polarimetric measurements based on the principle of the adaptive synthesis of a characteristic matrix of measuring equations have been designed considering physical features of investigated environment and experimental conditions.
