Induction of long-term depression was provided by low-frequency stimulation of sensory neurons and such plasticity was not depended on presynaptic inhibition at neuronal networks. Presynaptic mechanisms play the key role in expression of long-term depression. The short-term plasticity in nociceptive sensory synapses was modulated by presynaptic CP-AMPA-receptors.
