It is shown that in spite of different interaction nature the changes of heat and mass transfer conditions have the similar resulting effect on the structure of two-dimensional supersonic laminar and turbulent separated flows. A structure and laws of development of three-dimensional separated supersonic flows are educed for the different types of shock waves generators in the wide range of incoming stream parameters, values of temperature of the streamlined surface, parameters of boundary layer injection and suction.
