Modern methodology and practice of project management has turned out a number of tools and techniques that can be successfully used to solve various practical problems by creating an effective system of innovation management in the real sector of economy of Ukraine , including in the enterprises of the nuclear industry . The scientific novelty of the study is that the authors have implemented the task of adapting the theoretical foundations of project management methodology , definitions and concepts from the field of innovative knowledge to practical use in managing innovation in a particular area ( at the enterprises of the nuclear industry of Ukraine) .
