Object of research - time restore functionality of network terminal devices. A research objective - improving customer service quality of terminal network by reducing the average time restore functionality of network terminal devices. Research methods - methods of probability theory, the mathematical statistics, mathematical modeling, the interval analysis, the regression analysis. Scientific novelty of the research results: for the first time, a non-linear regression model of time restore functionality of network terminal devices based on Johnson normalizing transformation is built. That allow to take into account real nature of the distribution of empirical data. Equations of lower and upper limits of the confidence interval non-linear regression time restore functionality of network terminal devices based on normalizing transformation Johnson of SB family without linearization and the assumption of normality of the random variables.
