The estimation of immobilization was conducted according to data of protein content determination and preservation of hydrolytic activity of the obtained lysozyme preparation. The physico-chemical features of immobilized lysozyme: dependence of hydrolytic activity on pH of the medium, temperature, retaining of activity during the long- term storage, were studied.
