The research aim: obtaining parameters of wave processes in ionosphere using incoherent scatter radars and stations of vertical radio sensing in Ukraine and EISCAT. Research techniques: ground-based radiophysical techniques of incoherent scatter of radiowaves and vertical radio sensing. The novelty: the research results of regular and wave processes in midlatitude and auroral ionosphere during specific geophysical periods (summer solstice and autumnal equinox), as well as in the period of heating facility "EISCAT Heater" effect on ionospheric plasma. The Results of research: revealed systematic excess of the critical frequency of the F-region over Kharkov with respect to these values over Tromso. It was found that the effect of powerful radio waves on ionospheric plasma in Tromso causes the generation of wave processes observed over Kharkov at a distance of several thousand kilometers. By using spectral analysis we detected wave processes in the electron density at the maximum of the F2- region with periods of 1 - 2 hours and 30 - 60 minutes as over Kharkov and over Tromso during specific geophysical periods. The field of use: the research results can be used in fundamental studies of solar-terrestrial relations and near-the-Earth space, to solve applied problems associated with the influence of wave processes in the ionospheric plasma on telecommunication systems and operation of satelite facility in open space.
