Research methods are the ground radiophysics incoherent scattering method of radio waves, the statistical analysis of the observation results, modeling of physical processes in the geospace. This report presents the results of research work "Modeling variations of the dynamic and thermal processes in the geospace over Ukraine according to the incoherent scattering", which is performed according to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine № 1241 from 28.10.2011.The experimental results and analysis of the seasonal-diurnal variations of ionospheric parameters at the peak of the 24th cycle of solar activity (2012 - 2013) are presented. The results of simulation of the dynamic variations and thermal processes in quiet and disturbed conditions are presented. The estimations of the electric fields in the ionosphere during magnetic storms and calculation of transfer rates of the plasma due to the electromagnetic drift and neutral winds are showed. The report presents the results of a comparative analysis of the variations of the basic parameters of the ionosphere on the phases of the peak of the 23rd and 24th solar activity cycles.
