For the subsequent normal functioning of pension fund, social defence of persons of retirement age, it is possible to count development of the non-state pension providing. Such alternative is creation of non-state corporate pension fund, which takes on the special social significance for the state, enterprises and citizens of country. A research purpose is creation of corporate pension fund of agrokholdinga, created on the base of enterprises of agricultural industry, territorial located in the Poltava area (Semenivskomu, Globinskomu and to Krementchuk districts), with possibility of construction of strategic case of the created fund assets frame. The scientific novelty of the got results is determined the decision of scientific task in industries of the non-state pension providing - improvements of mechanism of management of assets of corporate non-state pension fund of Ukraine by the observance of the developed strategic model. Practical meaningfulness of the got results consists in that it allows to decide the naukovo-praktichne task of development of practical positions and recommendations with application of these models for the correct evaluation of activity of corporate pension fund. Research methods. In the process of implementation of the advanced study both scientific and special, methods of leadthrough of researches were used. In particular,, situatioonal and structural approaches of the systems, methods of treatment of statistical information (grouping), ekonometrichni methods (regressive analysis) et al, were applied.
