Karazin popup.description2 Objects of experimental research - high quality single crystals of high temperature superconductor YBaCuO and epitaxial films of niobium with artificially created relief surface of the film like "washboard". The main goal was study the peculiarities of electric transport in superconductors 1-2-3 system with varying degrees of deviation from stoichiometry and the influence of stoichiometry on the pseudogap and the fluctuation state and conductivity, as well as the dynamics of Abrikosov vortices in manufactured and tested samples of niobium epitaxial films with an artificially created surface with "washboard" type relief. Method of research - analysis of the transport properties of single crystals and niobium films with different orientation directions of relіef relative to the transport current and the magnetic field. The pecualitiries of the pseudogap state in YBaCuO single crystals with different levels of doping with oxygen and impurities tand a theoretical justification of the effects associated with the microwave power absorption in the presence of DC in type-II superconductors were estimated. The results of researches can be used in subsequent work connected with the establishment of an adequate model of the superconducting state in high-temperature superconductors and critical parameters of the sample in terms of their practical use in high-frequency devices.
