Purpose of the research: justification to the choice of estimation criteria for the URIAARK’s scientific activity efficiency. Methods of the research: classificatory; analysis and synthesis; informational; comparative; structural-systemic and others. Theoretical and practical result: working out the methodology, were created the tools to estimate the Institute’s scientific activity effectiveness specific to its activities and developed the indicators and criteria to evaluate the URIAARK’s scientific activity efficiency, developed grading scale and determination maps for each of the indicators. The novelty of the research: any research on the subject has not been conducted. Scope of implementation: guidelines are assigned to determine the URIAARK’s scientific activity efficiency. Efficiency of implementation: the research resulted into determination of the scientific activity indicators, in accordance with which the estimation of the Institute’s activity effectiveness can be conducted.
