The results of the research work: it was created a method of determining the risk for suicidal behavior, the method of determining the risk for suicide, as well as the algorithm for choosing the optimal treatment of these patients. It was shown that craniocerebral hypothermia is the most effective in terms of reducing depression, anxiety and impulsivity, and psychodynamic oriented psychotherapy - in relation to frustration, aggression and rigidity.
