The aim is to study the fundamental regularities of the mechanism of formation and management of the financial potential of the enterprise. Research method is system-evolutionary approach, the dialectical method and logic synthesis. Result is the systematization of the theoretical approaches of domestic and foreign scholars and practitioners, as well as a new interpretation content of the concept financial potential of the industry and the mechanisms to ensure its capacity at the local level. The novelty of the work: to improve the scientific and methodological framework for the analysis content of the concept financial potential as an economic category; The methodological principles of effective organizational and economic mechanism for increasing the financial potential of the company with the objective laws of development of urban space. Formulated methodological bases of formation mechanism for implementing the policy of innovative development of the industrial sector in the region at the meso level. Relationship with other works: individual results were presented at scientific conferences, published in scientific journals. Recommendations on the use of performance: on the basis of the analysis may be proposed by the scientific and methodological approaches to further study the possibilities of improving the financial mechanism of management of development of socio-economic systems within certain administrative-territorial units of Ukraine from a regional perspective of the development. Scope: for the financial management of sustainable development of individual local communities of Ukraine at the level of legislative and executive authorities of Ukraine. Significance of the work and conclusions: creates theoretical and methodological basis for the study of effective regulatory and legislative solutions in the area of financial management industrial development at the local level. The forward-looking assumptions about the development of the research object: the further improvement of scientific knowledge of the fundamental laws of formation of the financial potential of separate industrial enterprises in the context of simultaneous development of industry in the region as a whole.
