It is established that vascular remodeling in patients with essential hypertension in combination with diabetes of the 2nd type and metabolic syndrome is characterized by changes in the various levels of the vascular bed, increased violence and decreased elasticity of large vessels on the background of the deterioration of the cardiovascular system and manifestations of nephropathy, disorders of lipid metabolism and glucose, which is associated with the level of arterial hypertension, the degree of metabolic disorders in patients with such comorbid disorders. Developed program of drug therapy including ACE inhibitors, thiazide-like diuretics and agonists of the imidazoline receptor, which has a positive effect on these pathogenic changes and may reduce the risk of complications, including fatal, from the side to target organs.
