Purpose - to create a theoretical framework and practical guidelines for the development of components and devices of system multibit information converters using weight redundancy, implementation of the developed structures as models. The analysis of the current state of the art multi-bit system PFI is held. The requirements for the analog - digital device measurement systems, recording and signal processing are studied. The structural implementation and operation of modern high-linearity converters is analyzed. The components of conversion errors are analyzed. Categorization of analog devices for analog - digital and the requirements to their static and dynamic characteristics are taken. Principles of construction of analog devices with high bandwidth based on current conveyors are studied. The ways of constructing of the analog nodes ADC and DAC using two-stroke structures are analyzed and advantages and disadvantages of this approach are identified. Approaches to the construction of the base element analog nodes information converters - DC amplifier are reviewed. The circuit arrangement and the peculiarities of the inverter amplifier resistances are analyzed. The theoretical basis of improving of the accuracy and speed of multibit PFI system through the use of weight redundancy is studied. Generalized structures of the channel of the multibit self-calibrating measurement, recording and signals processing system are considered. A number of structures using ADC weight redundancy, in particular ADC with charge redistribution, cyclic ADC and tracking type ADC are proposed. Calibration algorithms of the converters with weight redundancy are proposed also. Software to simulate the operation and evaluation of the static and dynamic characteristics of the proposed structures of the ADC was developed.
