A research object is a process of the controlled from distance receipt and treatment of information about objects and process of digital treatment of signals of jitter of the informative systems. The purpose of work is development simple charts, energyeffective, highly sensitive, antijamming and reliable informative devices due to the use of R-, L-, S-negatrones, many-parameters of generalized transformers of immittance, immitansnikh and optoimmitansnikh of logical elements of two-valued, multiple-valued, neuron and unclear logic, and also increase of efficiency of analysis of indexes of phase distortions of signals in the modern of informative-communication systems (ICS) by development and introduction of new methods and facilities of evaluation of jitter in ICS. Research methods are based on the use: functional analysis, theory of signals and systems, theory of analog-digital transformation, theory of digital treatment of signals, theory of sets and statement calculations; theories of matrices; theories of chances and mathematical statistics. Expounded results of researches the purpose of which consisted in development of simple charts, energyeffective, highly sensitive, antijamming and reliable informative devices due to the use of R-, L-, S-negatrones, many-parameters of generalized transformers of immittance, immitansnikh and optoimmitansnikh of logical elements of two-valued, multiple-valued, neuron and unclear logic. Development of method of evaluation of jitter is carried out in ICS which is characterized a high discriminability and exactness, and also method of analog-digital transformation of signals of jitter in ICS which is characterized a wide dynamic range. Efficiency of the offered methods consists in that they allow to improve a fast-acting and decrease the energy consumption of informative devices due to the use physical and chart of S-, L-negatrones, and also create terms for simplification of procedure of division of casual and determined constituents of jitter, improvement of discriminability and increase of exactness of evaluation of parameters of jitter.
