The methods of the study are a analysis, synthesis, systematization, generalization. The theoretical result of the study is the description of the language as integral functional dynamic system, of the linguistic categorization mechanism, of the regulation of the word-building standards. The practical result of the study is the possibility of the inculcation in the educational special courses of the higher school of lexicology, word-building, linguistic regional studies and in profile classe in general educational schools.
